With a commitment to delivering excellence in utility services, we specialize in electric, water and gas infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial developments as well as projects for network operators and commercial EV charging installs. Our comprehensive services cover everything from design to installation, ensuring reliable utility connections for our clients nationwide. To help support our success we are looking to expand our teams in the Berkshire region (Reading) by recruiting an additional full time Machine Operator to excavate, level ground according to site plans and move heavy objects on site. Key skills:

Co-operating with other site operatives. Performing prestart checks of machines to ensure safe and reliable working. Working to drawings and method statements in a safe manner. Fitting and operating ancillary equipment. Digging, laying pipes and levelling ground. Operating in accordance with risk assessments (and carrying out your own assessments where applicable). Qualifications and experience:

Must hold a valid CPCS / NPORS 360 operator card. NRSWA / street works card holder. Minimum 2 years experience working on the electric. Confident with use of a handheld smart device to keep detailed and accurate records of work. Additional:

The ability to identify and react appropriately to hazards. Understanding of environmental protection requirements. A no compromise approach to Health & Safety embedded in working practices and behaviours. Excellent communication skills.
