Due to company growth, we are seeking an electrician to work with us.
The job will involve testing and remedial works. The following candidate should be able to:
Carry out a range of works including renewing consumer units, remedial work, and fault finding/problem solving.
Carry out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) - this will be a bonus but is not essential.
Work closely with the office and team supervisor.
Professionally and pleasantly meet with clients/residents on a day-to-day basis.
Send necessary reports back to the office following completion of works.
Key requirements:
Ability to problem solve and rectify electrical faults.
Good communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
Must have a good standard of written and spoken English, be a great communicator, well-presented, and pleasant/professional, especially when dealing with clients and tenants.
Time-served experience and good understanding of electrical domestic installations.
Fully clean UK Driving License.
Basic IT and phone skills.
Qualifications:
City & Guilds electrician 2330 and 2382 (18th edition) NVQ L3 or equivalent.
AM2.
18th Edition.
