We are looking for an experienced CI Manager from a warehousing and logistics background to work at our East Midlands Gateway site. The purpose of the CI Manager is to review and improve processes, eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and positively affect the business's financial position. Using principles such as Lean methodology to streamline work, increase efficiency, and add value. To implement programs that will have long-term benefits. Responsibilities:

Identifying quality issues and forming resolutions Working with Operations to identify and eliminate waste Creating training for colleague development and improvement Implementing and maintaining an environment of Lean methodologies Creating C.I. strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed business requirements and customer expectations Acting as Subject Matter Expert and a key contributor on complex or critical assignments/projects Advising and coaching other team members and ensuring a developmentally productive environment for all Administering and communicating company policies, goals, strategies, and vision Facilitating quality systems, continuous process improvements, and safety initiatives in accordance with Lean thinking throughout the organization Advancing company metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale Reviewing Lean performance expectations with stakeholders across the organization Performing administrative duties commensurate with the requirements of the organization including data gathering, metrics, reports, and newsletters Mentoring, coaching, and training various levels throughout the company Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfill the role Who we’re looking for:
