Main Purpose of the role As Senior PPC Executive in the Group Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid search campaign strategies that aim to sustainably and efficiently drive commercial growth through new customer acquisition and driving existing customer engagement across a variety of markets, primarily in Canada. What you'll do Develop and execute a robust paid digital strategy that meets aggressive commercial targets and optimises performance and budget spend across our key markets. Work with the local marketing teams to define and deliver paid channel strategies that deliver their growth plans and objectives. Create, develop & implement effective long- and short-term paid search strategies with good ROAS. Target selected groups through keyword and audience research, ensuring we’re GDPR-compliant. Take ownership of reporting on campaigns and provide accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting, including commentary and recommendations. Analyse performance and provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search. Write compelling ad copy and make creative copy suggestions for localised search. Monitor competitors and put together plans to stand out in the crowd. About you You could come from either the agency or client side, but must have a solid track record of results that have delivered business growth. Strong experience and knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Advanced knowledge of PPC and paid social activity. Numerically minded with strong Excel skills and the ability to capture relevant data for decision-making and reporting. Proven experience in a digital role and possess solid digital knowledge and ability to achieve KPIs. Ambitious and driven to achieve personal and business goals. Ability to work alone or as part of a team. Fluency in French. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comfortably speak in front of large groups. An impeccable eye for detail. Excellent self-motivation, timekeeping & organisational skills. Outstanding relationship management skills to confidently work with a variety of stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize across several varied projects. Professional, polite manner. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
