Support the marketing team by following up on campaign leads and turning them into sales through proactive phone calls, using customer feedback to help grow the business. Customer Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on maximising account spend, meeting stretch targets, and increasing overall business. Quotations & CRM Management:
Respond to online quotation requests using our CRM system, generate quotes, and follow up proactively by telephone. Proactive Communication:
Maintain a high level of outbound contact and build positive relationships with clients and prospects on a daily basis. Previous experience in a similar role is required and industry experience would be a benefit. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with: Proven experience in sales, account management, outbound calling, and CRM systems. Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in making outbound calls. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset, eager to work closely with the marketing team and other departments. This is a full time, office based role, working out of one of our three locations.
