We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our online presence.

Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote the services offered by Rutledge Training Ltd and Rutledge Recruitment Ltd. You will manage multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content tailored to our target audience within the training and recruitment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Develop and curate engaging, creative, and high-quality content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Social Media Strategy:

Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals to increase brand visibility, follower engagement, and lead generation.

Platform Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of social media platforms, ensuring regular updates and timely interaction with followers.

Audience Engagement:

Proactively engage with our online audience, responding to queries and comments in a timely manner, and building relationships with potential clients and candidates.

Campaign Planning:

Plan and manage targeted social media advertising campaigns to promote services, events, and opportunities in both the training and recruitment sectors.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor social media analytics to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and KPIs.

Industry Awareness:

Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure Rutledge Training and Rutledge Recruitment stay ahead of the curve in social media marketing.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, recruitment, and training departments) to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.

Industry Knowledge:

Demonstrated understanding of the training and recruitment sectors, with the ability to tailor content to these industries.

Creativity:

Strong creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for design and detail.

Strategic Thinking:

Experience in planning and executing comprehensive social media strategies, including organic growth and paid social media campaigns.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, audience-specific content.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Organisational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content calendars with strong attention to detail.

Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working in or with training and/or recruitment companies.

A strong portfolio of social media work, showing the ability to engage different audiences.

Experience in creating video content for social platforms is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not essential).
