As A Showroom Consultant Based In Inverurie You’ll Be Responsible for: Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering recommendations for suitable products. Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Developing sales leads to generate new business for the showroom. Ensuring the showroom is clean & tidy and represents our product line in a positive way. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 08.00 am – 5.00 pm, Friday 08.00 am – 4.00 pm and Saturday morning on a rota basis 08.00 am – 12.00 pm.

And Here’s what We’d Like You To Have: Previous bathroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction. Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms. Able to discuss a customer’s ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs. A readiness to learn and develop into the role is a priority. Basic understanding of computer systems. We look forward to receiving your application! #ACHS150
