An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Property Services team as a Plasterer/Renderer.
The role will involve carrying out all aspects of plastering, rendering and tiling repairs within empty or tenanted homes. You will ensure work is carried out to a good professional standard and excellent customer service for the tenant, helping to contribute to departmental goals of improving void turnaround times and achieving customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, has strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Experience of working within the construction industry and trade knowledge are essential for this role.
Essential for the role:
Full driving license. Relevant plastering skills and knowledge. Good knowledge of health and safety/safe working practices. Excellent rates of pay. Monday to Friday working pattern. 28 days holiday (includes bank and public holidays).
