Build mechanical products using a variety of hand and power tools, some of which are calibrated. Assemble, test and pack products in accordance with Device History Records (DHR) and assembly methods. Ensure all components and tools used are fit for purpose and comply with any procedures. Establish and maintain good housekeeping using 6S techniques. Record assembly times accurately using the shop floor data capture system. Assist the Picking team in the transfer of jigs and picking dollies to reduce downtime. Support the Team Leader in the achievement of KPI targets. Qualifications:

A good command of written and spoken English is essential. PC proficiency including data entry and common applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) is essential. Prior experience in a Manufacturing or Factory environment is highly desirable. Prior experience using power tools and/or calibrated equipment is highly desirable. Enjoy working as part of a team, but have the self-motivation to contribute independently. This role requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time during your general day-to-day activities. Some lifting of components within Health & Safety regulation limits will be required, along with the pushing and manoeuvring of various assembly aids. Company Values:
