Mechanic required for our client, a leading construction company. The mechanic will need to be commutable of Welwyn Garden City and be office based 5 days a week.
The Mechanic will be carrying out service and repairs to get vehicles back out on the road quickly, whilst still adhering to company standards and safety.
Mechanic Remuneration
GBP42,000 - GBP45,000 DOE
Holiday - 25 days plus Bank holidays
Christmas shutdown 3 days automatically deducted from annual leave entitlement
Pension Scheme, client contribute 3% pension if Employee contributes 4%.
Life cover 2 x salary

Mechanic Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles, engines, transmissions and run diagnostic tests
Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, vehicles, and equipment
Carry out any other duties needed
Mechanic Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanic
Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical, and other systems and their components
Driving License
