About the Role
Set up press brake machines and tooling based on blueprint specifications.
Operate machinery to bend and form metal sheets and plates to precise dimensions.
Adjust machine settings to accommodate material type and thickness.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
Communicate with supervisors regarding production updates or issues.
About the Candidate
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with metal types and their properties.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to use precision measuring tools accurately.
Experience in operating press brake machines (preferred).
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged standing and manual dexterity.
