Do you have 3+ years manufacturing/engineering experience within a manufacturing environment?

As a Process Engineer you will be required to: Lead NPD projects within the value stream, ensuring timely completion. Develop and manage CapEx projects for new plant equipment. Liaise with suppliers for tooling and machine introductions. Lead machine design reviews to identify and resolve potential issues. Manage third-party vendor communication for machine repairs, costs, and lead times. Optimise manufacturing processes to enhance quality and reduce cycle time. Use CAD to design tooling for production process improvements. Ensure compliance with the Quality Always programme. Manage and deliver engineering projects within assigned value streams, following MoC procedures. Identify and implement material and process productivity projects. Support and comply with ISO Quality, Environmental Systems, and SFS objectives. Optimise plant layout, production lines, and value stream performance. Oversee the Engineering Change process within assigned value streams. Candidate Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of level 5/6 qualification within an engineering discipline, such as HND (Higher National Diploma), Bachelor's Degree (BSc, BEng etc.). 3+ years manufacturing/engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) preferred. Proficient in IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and engineering software such as CAD/CAM (e.g., Autodesk Fusion, Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO). Excellent problem-solving skills. Understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles, especially in injection moulding, and ability to design and manufacture jigs/fixtures and tooling. Comprehensive knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple cross-functional projects. Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers. Results-oriented, high energy, self-starter with strong reporting skills. Capable of planning and performing tasks independently.
