Assembly Operatives
We are looking for Semi Skilled Fitters/Assembly Operatives/Skilled Labourers for a key engineering client based in Norwich on a contract running until October 2025.
As a Semi Skilled Operative, you would be working night shifts, 10 hours a night, 5 on, 3 off. You would be working on an attractive Nights rate of 18.02 per hour PAYE.
The role will be initially on Days while doing training on a rate of 15.01 per hour PAYE.
Key Responsibilities:
Spray all rail carriages with de-icer ready for them to go into service.
Carry out semi-skilled tasks such as removal/refit of train interior components.
We are looking for individuals with experience in a safety critical environment and some engineering ability, whether that be track work, mechanics, boat building, kitchen fitting, carpentry, assembly, or other similar industries.
Successful candidates will be required to
pass a Medical, Drug & Alcohol screening
prior to commencing any work.
