Our Client, a National New build housing developer, is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the team in Doncaster.

This role will be a part of the Regional Technical Team, with the responsibility of supporting the Regions business plan, commercial objectives and future growth requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing technical support to the Technical Director, Technical team and further internal departments through the construction stage. Manage relationships with consultants to ensure information is within agreed timescales and on schedule with the programme. Assist in managing design information, and ensure it is issued to the relevant internal and external departments, within schedule. Control the submission of Building Regulations and appropriate applications. Liaise with internal departments, consultants and sub-contractors as required, to ensure Building regulations and warranty approval is satisfactory. Provide the Sales Teams with drawing specification, information and support to ensure the team can relay appropriate information to customers. Delegate the appointment of utilities, inclusive of designs, quotes and required agreements.

What we are looking for:

Relevant qualification or experience in the above responsibilities. Knowledge of legal frameworks linked with Planning management and development procurement. Great knowledge and application of using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Awareness of NHBC, LABC and SBD. Good technical, legal, and financial/commercial knowledge.
