To be a successful candidate, you must be forward thinking toward your profession and be dedicated to the general development and growth of the classroom. You must be adaptable, reliable and able to work in a variety of different settings.
A successful Primary School Teacher must:
Prioritise every student is engaged and focused every day. Be able to give constructive criticism for students to adapt, learn and grow from. Ensure that the environment is safe and nurturing for the pupils. Create and build upon relationships with the students, staff and parents.
To be considered a successful candidate for the role you need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are working toward it. Child Enhanced DBS registered on the update service. Passionate toward teaching and developing pupils.
