IT Technician
Location: Middlesbrough/Hybrid Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support to staff across the operation, ensuring all systems are running efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in the setup and maintenance of office and production line IT equipment. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control. Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, implementing best practices in data protection. Support the rollout of new software and system upgrades. Assist with project work, including IT infrastructure improvements and system migrations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a first-line IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and network troubleshooting. Basic understanding of IT security practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
