Your Responsibilities as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will include:
Provide 2nd Line desktop support to users in response to tickets raised by phone, email, or instant chat.
Liaise with 3rd parties: Software and system suppliers that you need to escalate issues to.
Visiting sites where needed to resolve issues raised.
Investigate and resolve issues and problems by working with the client, in-house team, and/or 3rd party suppliers.
Manage your own workload of tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.
Ensuring client confidentiality is always kept.
Your Skills & Experience:
Windows Desktop: Including Windows 10 and 11.
Apple Mac knowledge.
Microsoft 365 environment including Office 365 and Azure AD.
Networking, LAN, WAN, and Firewalls.
Google Workspace knowledge.
Great communication skills in all areas.
