Objective of role Provide close management of in-house CNC machine and ensure delivery of all projects within the specified timelines, to agreed specification whilst maintaining a safe working environment. Main Duties Proactively manage workload to ensure uninterrupted work flow from specification to CNC production/completion. Assist 2D modeller to ensure successful delivery of all projects. Prepare CAD models for production when required. Oversee stock control of all materials and tooling to ensure production levels are maintained. Provide clear and accurate advice on methods of construction. Work closely with production to ensure margin protection and offer technical support where necessary. Promote fresh and innovative thinking towards client solutions. Skills and Experience Required 2-5 or more years related experience. CNC Operator may be required to work overtime to include evenings and weekends. Adhere to H&S regulations and ensure a safe place of work. Drive continuous improvements in quality, productivity and health & safety. Perform all duties with the utmost integrity avoiding any conflict of interest between Global Experience Specialists and any other entities. Represent the Company, as appropriate, in a professional manner. Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction of the Production Team Leader. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and self-motivated with an understanding of team goals.
