We are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Production Team Leader to oversee our production team and ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Carry out maintenance checks on machinery and equipment. Ensure all hygiene and health and safety duties are being carried out effectively. Cover the production line, identifying faults and problem-solving. Carry out quality checks. Monitor the team's attendance and approve holidays. The working hours will be 12-hour shifts on a rota that includes weekend shifts. 06:00 - 18:00 on days and 18:00 - 06:00 on nights (you have to do both days and nights). Starting rate at £15 per hour - immediate start.
