Role Overview This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career to build expertise in data management and learn about UK planning and development markets. The role involves managing two key databases that are unique to Savills, maintaining quality of data to ensure both remain market leading resources for both the research team and the wider Savills business. Key Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining the quality of core datasets that are unique to the Savills Development and Planning divisions. Monitoring additions to the development database and tracking significant deals across the development land market to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Engaging with teams across the UK in Development, Planning, Insights & Data, IT and Residential Research to ensure all Savills market intelligence is collected and recorded. Collecting and reporting details for all land deals undertaken by Savills land agents and reporting back to UK board directors. Maintaining and updating our planning database which tracks planning policy across all local authorities in England, and using output to support wider planning research and consultancy. You may also be required to visit other Savills offices across the country as part of the role. The role sits within residential research, a team of around 30 individuals mostly based in our Head Office in London. The residential research team provides research and consultancy on residential property (economics, development, planning, investment) to both internal and external clients. Important Information: Due to the current general salary threshold requirement for this role Savills are unable to provide skilled worker visa sponsorship. Immigration rules are subject to change by the Home Office and if any new regulations subsequently affect your application/offer with Savills we would need to reassess to ensure we remain compliant in line with the updated guidance as well as the mandatory requirement of valid right to work in the UK.
