Social Housing Contractor looking for a Carpenter/Multi to join the Repairs Team, covering East London and Essex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.
This is a mobile role; therefore, a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a van, fuel card, and uniform to complete your duties.
Duties will include:
Hanging doors Door frame repair/renew Window frames UPVC/wood Glazing Locks and latches, forced entries Kitchen unit worktops Bath panel stud work Skirting and architraves Forced entry Staircase repairs Flooring repair/renew Painting, basic plumbing, replacing tiles, patch plaster Successful candidates will be required to provide an Asbestos Awareness certificate before they can start the role.
