About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading food processing plant specializing in edible oils. As a Process Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor processing equipment to ensure the safe and efficient production of edible oils. Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain product quality and meet production targets. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary. Adhere to strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards in line with company and regulatory requirements. Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability. Accurately record production data and complete required documentation. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers between shifts. What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role within food processing or manufacturing (edible oils experience is an advantage). A degree in Chemical Engineering is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and health & safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Benefits:
