About the role: Cleanworks is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team and to take pride in the work you deliver. We have a Full-Time Site Supervisor role available in the Glossop & Loxton Area of South Australia. The successful candidate will have gained experience in managing teams within the commercial cleaning industry and schools. You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following: Co-ordinate Cleanworks Cleaners to ensure site specifications are met. Respond to all client needs in a reasonable timeframe. Ensure site stock is managed within budget and that the amount of stock held is sufficient for weekly operations. Ensure cleaning rooms are kept neat and tidy with stock organized for easy access. Complete Quality Audits (QA’s) on a weekly basis. Provide relief cleaning for one shift as required. Assist the Operations Manager in planning and managing all periodical and adhoc services. Coordinate and arrange relief work and rosters. Run weekly toolbox meetings with team members to discuss improvements and objectives. Promote Cleanworks positively and uphold our values to staff. Manage the performance of cleaners. Requirements

In order to succeed in this position, you will ideally have the following skills and experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. High level of dedication and commitment. High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask. High standard of communication skills. Working with Children Check. Recent Police Check. Reliable car and driver’s license.
