Solar Electrician/Improver required to work around the Gloucester area.
My client is happy to take on a Domestic Improver/electrician if you fancy a change of scene and would like to try something different from Domestic electrical work. Solar is more niche and full training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
Install string cables onto photovoltaic (PV) array tables. Terminate DC mains cables at combiner boxes and inverter stations. Make off MC4 connectors at panels and combiner boxes. Terminate communication cables (RS485, CAT5, CAT6).
Skills & Qualifications required: Training will be provided. CSCS card or ECS card (of some grading). 2+ years' experience. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification, not essential. Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work (solar experience is a bonus). Full UK driving license.
