My client is a well-established IFA practice with offices in Norfolk and Suffolk, offering bespoke advice to both corporate and private clients. This role will be based in their attractive office in central Ipswich. The purpose of the role is to provide hybrid support to my clients' designated Team Leader in client service support and paraplanning support, especially in tasks requiring technical assistance. This support aims to ensure accurate, timely, and responsive delivery of services to help maintain high-quality client advice and service. The role may involve traditional paraplanning (report-writing) and customer services functions on an ad-hoc basis to support the current team structures. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all compliance standards are adhered to in all work, and deadlines are met. Prioritize and manage your workload throughout the day. Maintain confidentiality and data protection (GDPR) at all times. Participate in the design, improvement, and implementation of new processes/ways of working. Client Services Support

Provide day-to-day technical administrative support and liaison with Wealth Managers. Liaise with the Paraplanner Team to ensure timely issuance of client reports. Accurately update client information and maintain administrative work in Intelliflo Office (iO). Maintain a strong working relationship with providers and escalate issues to the line manager when necessary. Paraplanning

Conduct fund research and analysis at both client and company levels. Prepare initial financial plans and solutions to meet client goals. Consult with Wealth Managers on client investment, pension, and tax planning. Provide technical support to team members and clients. Keep up to date with technical and legislative changes. Skills & Experience Required: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and accountable with excellent team player skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and IT proficiency. Previous experience in an IFA environment and relevant qualifications are required. Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent). CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards qualification). Benefits: 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday.
