Quality Manager - Surrey - up to £50,000 + Benefits - Ref 1814 I am currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to work for an engineering organisation based in Surrey. Salary up to £50,000 + Benefits. The organisation supplies their products to clients worldwide within their specialist market and has been established for over 75 years. Due to internal organisational changes within the business, there is a need to appoint a Quality Manager on a permanent basis. In this role as a Quality Manager, you will lead the quality function within the organisation and manage a team of 3 quality personnel across different disciplines. You will be a Senior Manager and have a direct report to the Managing Director, being given full autonomy to make improvements and changes to processes to enhance the overall quality of the business. You will be expected to be hands-on with this role and guide and develop the junior members of your team to help them advance in their careers. Requirements: A strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, & 18001 Previous hands-on experience working as a Senior Quality Engineer Experience working for SMEs A desire to improve an existing QMS system This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a prestigious company.
