Your main responsibility will be collaborating closely with our data scientists, engineers and infrastructure developers to prototype, build, test, and deploy products powered by GenAI/LLM technology on a large scale.

What will you do: Lead the integration and development of Gen/LLM products and applications to enhance our legal tech offerings, ensuring they are dynamic, intelligent, and capable of sophisticated conversational interactions. Design and execute strategies for prompt engineering, optimizing AI outputs for contextually appropriate and engaging interactions. Collaborate closely with our legal teams and product developers to integrate AI technologies seamlessly into our services, enhancing both client and internal workflows. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, NLP, and related technologies, evaluating and incorporating them into our projects to maintain our competitive edge. Participate in the full AI development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and optimization. Take ownership to turn the R&D concepts into product and ensuring high performance and alignment with our strategic objectives. What we are looking for: A solid background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of professional experience with NLP, 1+years of professional experience with Large Language Models (LLM)/GenAI technology like OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Gemini, Langchain, HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch and similar, 1+ years of demonstrating a profound understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and conversational AI frameworks. Experience in developing and deploying AI pipelines, particularly in cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Strong programming skills in Python, and are familiar with GenAI/LLM libraries such as Langchain, OpenAI, llamaindex. Evidence of having build end to end solutions. A strong track record of building enterprise grade software solutions. Strong expertise in software development using industry standard frameworks and IDEs. Experience in building LLM applications with multiple API calls and a level of complexity, and having good understanding about ML/LLMOps. Excellent problem-solving abilities and are adept at working within a fast-paced, innovative startup environment. It would be advantageous if you have: Experience with open-source NLP tools and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus). Knowledge in implementing Agentic LLM applications. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Here at Simmons & Simmons:
