Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday days About the Role: Responsible for all aspects of QC and QA in a food production environment. About You: Proven experience of quality management is essential. Experience of food production, food manufacturing or FMCG is very much preferred. Experience of BRC, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP. Able to develop and maintain quality management systems in line with food safety standards. Manage customer interactions regarding complaints and non-conformances. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Ensure compliance with food safety culture and hygiene standards. Oversee the Quality team's activities to achieve high-quality products. Manage the quality budget and ensure operational performance of quality systems. Train and mentor staff on quality standards and practices. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Level 3-4 HACCP, TACCP & VACCP qualifications. Train the Trainer certification preferred. Experience of managing Quality systems to ISO or similar standards. Good understanding of lean methodologies.
