Description

The Role This is a full-time role based on our client site in Bristol city center. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities on a client site, integrating seamlessly with the client Facilities Management Team while adhering to The Instant Group's values and monitoring the commercial aspects of the contract. You will have a good understanding of client requirements and any Instant Group services delivered on site, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.

What will you be doing?

Support the Facilities Manager in delivering hard and soft services, including managing service providers and handling facilities requests. Prioritise planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth building operations. Conduct building audits, manage repairs, and oversee processes from quotations to completion, ensuring PTW and RAMS compliance. Ensure Health & Safety requirements and documentation are up to date and compliant with regulations. Maintain relationships with landlords and on-site clients, ensuring site staffing and service level agreements are met. Assist with reporting, monitor online PPM/CAP systems, and support DSE needs across the estate. Attend meetings and travel to other sites as required.

Good working knowledge of H&S in the workplace. Ability to build and maintain relationships, acting in a proactive and professional manner with problem-solving skills. Outgoing, personable, and confident with administrative tasks, with experience in Microsoft Office packages. Proven ability to work unsupervised. Flexibility for limited out-of-hours working may be required. Willingness to travel to other sites (mainly Measham) to help deliver key responsibilities.
