Snapshot of Your Day As an Apprentice Engineering Technician at Siemens Energy Lincoln, you will be spending your typical day working alongside experienced engineers on real life projects. You will be involved in the design, testing and manufacture of advanced engineering solutions and your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our products and services maintain the highest standard of quality and efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working on engineering modifications and improvements for our core engine product range or liaising with manufacturing engineers within the workshop whilst adhering to safety protocols. How You'll Make an Impact Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standard of Siemens Energy's products. You will be part of a team that ensures the efficiency and safety of energy solutions that power industries and homes around the world. What You Bring The successful candidate should have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or equivalent, including Maths, English, and Science. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has excellent attention to detail and can work effectively as part of a team. You should have a keen interest in manufacturing and engineering and be committed to developing your skills and knowledge in this area.
