Salary up to £70K, Worcester based, Quantity Surveyor, multiple projects, career progression, working alongside experienced commercial team, hybrid working.
An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Worcester based Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client, with an annual turnover of £60m, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help expand the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director to integrate into the commercial team and progress their career.
Duties:
Optimising contract profitability Provide quotations to clients for variations Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks Accurate monthly cost and value reports All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
No experience as a Quantity Surveyor needed but is preferable. Time management skills and meeting deadlines Motivated to learn and progress their professional career An understanding of Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
Up to £70,000 p.a Car allowance Paid Holidays Pension Scheme
