Key Roles and Responsibilities of the role include: Work to Standard Operating procedures Work to daily work schedule Capability to produce finished product without assistance Ensure work meets quality standards Scraping scatter off metal and check for scratches Washing and drying metal and cabinets Hanging metal ready to be sprayed White Powder coat spraying of internal frame Ability to complete job without assistance Very high level of capability to spray without defects Loading sprayed items into the oven and operate oven Maintain high levels of health and safety Adhere to zero tolerance Health and Safety rules Report any Health and Safety Deviations Maintain high standards of house keeping Attend team meetings as required Actively take part in any Continuous Improvement events Skill Requirements Ability to organise own workload and use initiative Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives High level of organisation Efficient with thorough methods of working
