We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the recycling process, ensuring efficiency and safety throughout the production line. Key Responsibilities: Operate plastic recycling machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications. Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing or recycling environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
