Plumber x2 Site work in Bristol and South Gloucestershire Temp-to-Perm (12-weeks initial contract) Salary TBC by candidate + Van + other benefits Several plumbers are required to join a leading refurbishment and maintenance company in Bristol working on a permanent basis. As a plumber, you will be responsible for reactive maintenance and repairs on the client's massive and new social housing tenanted project. Responsibilities include: Assessing works Identifying solutions Carrying out repairs such as replacing sink and bathroom waste, shower head refurbishments, and toilet and tap replacement following internal refurbishment works. The successful candidates will have previous work experience as a domestic plumber, as well as an NVQ L2 or equivalent plumbing qualification. You will also be required to have a full UK driving license and be able to pass a basic DBS check. The client is a large, national, and firmly established property maintenance company with a good reputation and portfolio across several sectors.
