Permanent The role of Preservation Sales Surveyor will include: Surveying of Domestic and commercial properties. Regular contact with clients. Commercial Development of your area is a large part of the role. Selling the correct solution to the customer/client’s issues using the correct products and services. The ideal candidate will have:- Must hold either CSRT or CSTDB and/or CSSW qualifications. Experience in Timber and Damp, Waterproofing and/or Property Surveying capabilities. Good knowledge of Building Construction A sales and development background, preferably in a similar product area Good IT skills and be able to use TurboCad. Good at liaising with internal and external customers/clients on technical and H&S issues.
