We are covering the Hordon, Romford, West Thurrock, and Basildon areas. We are looking for:
Fabricator Welders:
Working on the fabrication of steel work, cutting to size plate, channel, box, angle from drawings, and welding with MIG. Sheet Metal Fabricators:
Fabricating sheet metal, plate, pipe, vessels, and welding to high specifications. Also fitting conveyors and machinery lines. Pipe Fitter Welders and Plater Welders:
Fabrication, fitting, and welding pipe and plate to coded specifications. Mechanical Fitters:
Involved in the removal of pumps, valves, and pipe work. Completing checks and reinstatement on shutdown type work plus later new installation work. Pipe Fitter Fabricators:
Working on industrial pipe work systems. Fabrication and installation of 2 to 4 inch and 6 to 12 inch pipe work mainly. Setting up for welders who will be welding to coded specifications on dairy and thin wall, process and heavy wall pipe work. Additionally, this role may involve working on screwed and fabricated pipe work systems, fitting valves and pumps, and working on vessels and tanks. Hours of Work:
0700 to 1700 Mon to Fri, plus weekends if required. Pay:
GBP20+ per hour Mon - Fri, GBP25+ on Sat, and GBP27+ on Sun. Payment via payment company on CIS or PAYE basis. Permanent Salary:
GBP35,000 to GBP40,000 p.a. Term of Work:
12 to 26 weeks + Qualifications:
C&G or NVQ 3 in Pipe Fitting, Mechanical Fitting, Welding, etc. Safety Cards/Certs:
CSCS Card or ECITB Safety Passport. Ideally, IPAF Mobile Platform Card. Skills with Operating Mobile Platform to access areas, Abrasive Wheels, First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, and Fire Watching would be a big plus.
