Are you an experienced Electrical Panel Wirer looking for an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the automotive industry? Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Wirer to join their production team. About the Role: As an Electrical Panel Wirer, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical components within control panels and test cells. You will play a key role in ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and is completed on time. This role also involves mentoring less experienced team members and suggesting process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Route, wire, assemble, and install electrical components in control panels and test cells. Read and interpret Bills of Materials, schematic drawings, and technical specifications. Solder wiring connectors and manufacture looms to a high standard. Perform basic mechanical tasks such as marking out, drilling, and cutting panels. Ensure work meets quality standards and provide feedback on technical drawings as needed. Maintain accurate paperwork records and assist with stock management. Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in panel building and machine wiring. Ability to interpret electrical drawings accurately. Familiarity with standards such as BS7671, BS EN (phone number removed):2018, and EN13849. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Benefits: Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum. Company pension scheme.
