Valoris Group Limited is partnering with a growing company to seek an experienced EICR Testing & Inspection Electrician to join their team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an electrical professional with expertise in inspection, testing, and maintenance, particularly in commercial environments.

Role Overview: • Perform EICR testing and inspections on electrical systems. • Diagnose faults and resolve electrical issues efficiently. • Ensure compliance with current electrical safety regulations. • Provide expert guidance on system conditions to clients.

Key Duties: • Perform electrical inspections and produce EICR reports for clients. • Fault-finding, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical issues. • Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety regulations and codes. • Provide clear recommendations on system improvements or repairs.

Desired Experience & Qualifications: • Proven experience with EICR testing and inspections of electrical systems. • In-depth knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards. • The 2391 qualification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain it. • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.

Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • 1-hour lunch break.

Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary, reviewed after 6 months based on qualifications and experience. • 21 days holiday, plus public holidays, and 1 extra day per year worked, capped at 25 days. • KPI-based bonus system, rewarding exceptional performance. • Overtime paid at time-and-a-half, with double time for nights and weekends. • £40 per evening for working away, with accommodation fully covered. • £50 for out-of-hours callouts, plus double door-to-door pay. • Company van, fuel card, and personal mileage allowance. • Mobile phone, uniform, and PPE supplied. • Regular performance reviews every 6 months. • Company pension scheme and life insurance after probation. • £500 referral bonus for recommending a friend or family member. • Employee recognition through Employee of the Month and company events.
