Deliver the onboarding process – bringing together your product expertise, client relationship experience and great project management skills to give clients a 1st class onboarding experience. Ability to interpret a client’s order form and build out a training delivery plan in conjunction with client stakeholders. Ability to work with internal teams including finance, operations and sales to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation and active transactions from that client. Complete video and phone calls to ensure that clients are supported during the onboarding process. Become an expert and discuss or educate on any part of the product internally and externally. Timely handover of active clients into customer relationship management, identifying future sales opportunities for upsales. The successful candidate will have the following proven skills and experience:
Previous experience working with new clients and training them on products and/or technology. Demonstrable ability to own and deliver a plan to deliver agreed activities with a client. Technology skills with a good aptitude for learning new software. Confident and engaging verbal and written communication skills to talk about products in a non-technical way. Used to working in a fast paced environment within a rapidly changing environment. Self-starter and highly motivated. A proactive approach to learning and development with a high self-motivation level in a hybrid company environment. Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills. Enthused by generating outstanding customer feedback and review. Demonstrated experience interacting with all levels of management, operational performance metric reporting and analytics. A willingness to work independently and manage multiple priorities, completing tasks to agreed deadlines and to a high standard. Job Types:
