Social Media Content Creator

to join our team and elevate our digital presence. This role will support the group s growth by creating, curating, and coordinating high-quality content for our social media channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a person who can engage and captivate our very distinct and different audiences through striking and impactful content. Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

Develop and implement creative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Plan, design, and publish posts, stories, and reels across various channels. Content Planning & Coordination:

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and organise content calendars, ensuring consistency in style, tone-of-voice, and brand representation across all platforms and contributing creative solutions to briefs from the commercial sales teams. Photography & Videography:

Capturing photography and videography for social media channels, focusing on brand storytelling Post-Production:

Edit photos and videos to reflect the Group s brand standards, focusing on detail, quality, and an elevated visual style. Email Marketing:

Working with the Marketing Manager you ll manage email marketing campaigns, including developing engaging content, writing effective copy, and building automated email journeys to nurture leads and drive sales. Brand Consistency:

Maintain brand tone and visual identity across all digital channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and aesthetics. Copywriting:

Maintain the various brand s tone of voice and write blogs for the website. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor performance metrics for campaigns, analyse data, and adjust strategies to optimise results, reporting relevant insights. Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our content fresh and relevant. Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align social and email content with broader campaigns and seasonal initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience in developing social media strategies and campaigns across multiple accounts. Management and content creation, preferably for lifestyle or luxury brands and manufacturing businesses. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo) and experience creating automated email journeys. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Create eye-catching content for digital platforms and campaigns. Developing brand social media templates with the marketing team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting engaging written content. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas. Develop and manage social media strategies, campaigns, and accounts. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met effectively. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, Hootsuite) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. What We Offer: Competitive salary of GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 per annum (depending on experience) A supportive and creative work environment.
