Working for an exciting, expanding and successful Engineering company, this is an excellent opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager looking to further develop their career.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Managing sales territories Achieving sales targets Managing existing clients and distributors Developing, supporting and training new distributors Identifying and seeking new sales opportunities New Business Development The ability to carry out negotiations, to ensure projects are commercially viable Prepare monthly forecasts and reports

It would be advantageous to hold a relevant degree within commercial / business / engineering and have a proven track record and experience within Technical Sales Management (or similar) and distributor network experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must as you will be building relationships at all levels to create success. It is essential to have a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach together with the ability to travel frequently and build robust relationships.

My client is offering an attractive salary, bonus and benefits package, including car allowance.

You may have worked as a Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager / Technical Sales Manager / Business Development Manager or similar.
