Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a full-time experienced Case Manager to work from our London Office and assist in building P10 Financial Group. We will expect the successful candidate to come into the business and hit the ground running. You will be responsible for managing the commercial lending process and working with the relationship managers to deliver deals to completion in the most efficient way possible. Nature of the Role

You will be brought into the team to assist the relationship managers with their commercial deal structuring. You will be working with extremely experienced & successful entrepreneurs. You will have the desire to progress in your career to become an adviser. Skills and Qualifications

Working knowledge of commercial mortgage operations with banks or lenders Great emotional intelligence, i.e. must be able to build meaningful relationships Confident in talking to people at all levels of seniority Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills You are motivated to grow and have a desire to progress in your career Ability to use various IT tools such as financial and administrative, word processing, spreadsheet and database software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Impeccable customer service and customer handling skills Firm grasp of financial documentation and administration procedures Ability to analyse loan applications and supporting documents for issuance of loans Strong numerical skills to handle loan calculations and repayments for the customers Duties and Responsibilities

Assessing the financial position and credibility of customers seeking commercial debt Managing banks and lenders relationships Explaining the loan repayment schedules to borrowers and managing the loans through the whole life span Reviewing and updating loan files and credit documentation Maintaining strong compliance with every single client and transaction Assisting relationship managers to build out strategic ways of growing the commercial business Responsible for cross referrals to other areas of the group such as accountancy, mortgages and insurance teams Obtaining and compiling copies of applicant’s credit histories, financial statements and other financial information Ensuring clients adhere to loan agreements and ensure that repayment is done on time Experience Requirements

Must have experience working within a commercial advisory business and managing the whole application process from start to finish. We are ideally looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience working in various financial institutions. Experience in banking or financial services is desirable. Education and Training Requirements

A degree in business, finance and accounting would be ideal but not strictly necessary. CeMAP Level 3 qualification would be ideal. Strong understanding of FCA and MCOB regulation is also required. Company Overview
