Pick Everard are searching for an IT Technician to join our engaging and collaborative team, operating from our central Leicester head office.

As an IT Technician, you will provide an excellent standard of I.T. support which maintains Pick Everard's digital platform and the I.T. provision for all members of staff.

Some of the duties include:

Troubleshooting, resolving and assisting with incidents, service requests and changes on a day-to-day basis.

Installing hardware, software and building machines ready for deployment.

Providing on-site I.T. assistance at other Pick Everard Offices.

This role forms a key part of the operational success of the IT team and the wider business of Pick Everard. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, and progress on your career journey within the world of IT.

Please note:

Hybrid working is available for this role, however you will predominantly be based out of our Leicester office due to the nature of the role. Regular national site visits will also be required, however they will be on a rota basis which is shared across other team members.

About You

Our ideal IT Technician must have:

Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite or equivalent competence.

Great customer orientated skills (Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills).

Fantastic team working skills.

It would be nice for you to have:

Experience in the configuration and implementation of SCCM.

Current Microsoft Windows Server versions and Active Directory, Group policy, DNS & DHCP experience.

Microsoft Exchange configuration, housekeeping & troubleshooting experience.
