0969-24 About the role We are seeking to appoint a skilled practitioner to develop, continually improve and promote our ambitious vision for excellence. Our focus on high quality teaching, learning and assessment has led to the recruitment of this Quality Manager post. The successful candidate should be a proven practitioner and have experience of coaching and mentoring others to deliver high quality teaching and learning. To do this, they must be able to evidence the delivery of innovative teaching across a range of levels and have a sound understanding of quality and quality processes. About the Candidate This role will be ideal for a proven experienced teacher who is seeking to extend their experience and knowledge, or alternatively someone from a quality background who has a passion for teaching, learning and assessment. This is a management post with the associated responsibility to lead others to develop their practice and to be accountable for personal and organisational improvement.
