Requirements:
Minimum of five years’ experience as a CNC setter/operator/programmer.
Programming in ISO/ Fanuc/Mazatrol
Previous experience on multi-axis machining centres.
Mill/Turn capability is an advantage.
Aerospace industry experience would be an advantage.
Capable of reading technical drawings.
Experienced at working to close tolerances.
Health, safety and environment compliance.
The role:
Setting, operating and programming multi-axis machining centres.
Highly complex multi-tool setups.
Accurately setting jigs, fixtures and tools.
Running First Off components.
Manual checks of components using standard measuring equipment.
Compliance with all technical documentation.
