Isuzu Vehicle Technician in Milton Keynes
Newstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting an Isuzu Vehicle Technician for a company based in Milton Keynes. Location : Tingewick, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Salary : £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) + overtime + benefits Hours : Some Saturday mornings required Overtime available at enhanced rates (Mon-Sat: time and a half, Sun: double time, bank holidays: double time & day in lieu) Key Responsibilities :
Undertake accurate and efficient servicing, maintenance, and repair of Isuzu vehicles. Diagnose and resolve complex faults, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Identify and report additional repair requirements for customer approval. Fit accessories and prepare new vehicles for pre-delivery. Ensure all work meets demanding quality and safety standards. Maintain high efficiency without compromising on attention to detail or quality. Keep accurate records of all work carried out, including diagnostics and repairs. Deliver exceptional service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and servicing requirements. Support colleagues with technical advice and assistance as required. Use IT systems to document work and maintain accurate records. Minimum Requirements :
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably working with Isuzu or similar vehicles. Competent in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to a high standard. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment accurately. Own set of tools required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player. Full UK driving licence. Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping. Benefits :
