Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master/Senior Vehicle Technician to join our client's well established dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various technical tasks, including equipment repair and assembly. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. The Master/Senior Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in maintaining our equipment and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment. Perform repairs on equipment using hand tools and power tools. Assemble components according to schematics and technical drawings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in training junior technicians and sharing knowledge of best practices. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory. Experience Proven experience in a similar Master/Senior Vehicle Technician role with a strong emphasis on mechanical knowledge. NVQ Level 3 Demonstrated ability to read and interpret diagnostics for assembly and repair tasks. Experience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostics and other relevant equipment safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers alike.
