Role Profile Our Engineers support the day-to-day management of servicing our customers, ensuring we deliver a high-quality service and experience. Reporting directly to the Regional Branch Management, the Engineer ensures all installations, removals, repairs & services are completed within the time frames of the customer care policy. They must adhere to all policies and procedures and meet operational targets and KPIs. Good health and safety practices are an essential part of this role. Key Responsibilities Operational support Customer service & quality assurance Health & safety compliance Repairing, maintaining, and installing various electrical products to BS7671 Standards (18th Edition) Mandatory Requirements NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 City & Guilds 18th Edition (or willingness to take the necessary training) A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months Less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years City & Guilds 2391 inspection & testing is advantageous Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check National travel may be required Patience – this role involves travelling during peak periods Comfortable working within the washroom environment for male, female, and unisex users Professional conduct is key to this role Citron Hygiene serves a wide range of customers across several sectors, including CQC (Care Quality Commissioned) registered service providers, such as care homes and nursing homes. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted these vulnerable populations. Under The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021, any person entering the premises of a CQC registered service provider will need to be vaccinated unless exempt. It is desirable that candidates have received both doses of the Covid-19 vaccination.
