We are seeking a highly motivated

Inside Sales Development Representative

(ISDR) to join our successful UK sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new qualified leads/opportunities to support new business sales initiatives in the UK across Commercial and Public Sector. A successful ISDR will be responsible for initiating prospect relationships, driving interest throughout the early stages of the sales cycle, and partnering with our sales Consultants to secure customer telephone conversations and face-to-face appointments to support their revenue quota objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career growth, honing telephone sales skills, identifying opportunities to qualify, and utilizing your collaboration skills while deepening your end-to-end security expertise within the Quorum Cyber portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships internally and externally to grow Quorum Cyber and Microsoft Security wallet share by understanding potential customers' business needs to accelerate revenue and growth for the security business in partnership with the sales Consultants. Key Responsibilities: Identify new opportunities to position our portfolio of services, mapped to the Microsoft solution stack, through inbound and outbound calls. until an opportunity to provide a qualified lead/opportunity to the sales Consultant arises. Build a monthly qualified pipeline of

8-10 opportunities

aligned to your industry/industries. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing (industry aligned) to build campaigns based on market insights and trends. Share

blogs ,

newsletters , and

updates

with prospective customers to raise awareness, working with the Marketing team and sharing on your LinkedIn profile. Support marketing campaigns by following up on early signals of interest (e.g., event attendance, social media engagements, web form fills). Communicate effectively with assigned Sales Consultants to drive new business revenue opportunities. Collaborate with the Microsoft eco-system to understand lead and prospect industry-aligned Use Cases through monthly meetings. Proactively update

CRM

once the lead/opportunity has been identified and update required databases with potential customer information. Provide weekly updates/reports to Sales and Marketing, using KPIs to track success. Undertake the required ongoing education and enablement training in a timely manner.
