This business provides an essential service that is fantastic value for business customers and due to continued growth are looking to hire an Internal/Outbound Sales Representative to support the sales team. Excellent basic salary of 28,000pa plus a very good commision of 500 - 1000 per month OTE and the chance to work in a buoyant and stable industry with excellent long term prospects !
To sell services predominantly via phone to businesses.
Developing new sales opportunities using outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
Researching for new leads.
Upselling products and services.
Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.
The right person must have
Previous experience in high volume outbound calling
Excellent customer service skills
Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Experience working with a CRM system.
The ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
In return you can expect a basic starting salary of 28,000 pa plus a range of benefits and an excellent commision package of 500 - 1000 /month. Office based Monday-Friday
